Métier Year in Review

While this year took us all by surprise, it also gave us the opportunity to slow down and become even more focused. From our newly launched home collection to our website redesign, here are some of the highlights from 2020. Thank you so much for all your support and being such an important part of these memories.
February
We were nominated for the BFC x Vogue Fashion Fund. As one of the winners, Métier was featured in the June issue of British Vogue with an interview highlighting our core values.
March
We were named Katie Holmes’ “Favorite It Bag” by Vogue.com as she carried the Perriand City in Slate on multiple occasions.
APRIL
We celebrated our 3 year anniversary.
July
We launched our Great Outdoors campaign for summer and mastered The Art of Staycation.
August
We launched Métier Time Capsule: Bags That Only Get Better With Age.
September
We introduced Métier Bespoke with Robb Report.
November
After months of the redesign process, we launched Métier 2.0–a new website with functionality at its forefront.
November
We launched Métier Home, The Art of Living.
December
It was a highlight to see Grace Fraser (Nicole Kidman) carry our bags in The Undoing. Read more what British Vogue had to say about Métier in The Undoing.
Looking Ahead
A little preview of what we have in the works for 2021. We will be adding soft furnishings to our home collection, all handmade in Italy using sustainable looms.
